• Voice Data and Transcriptions: Audio recordings you capture using our application to generate quotes. This audio is temporarily processed by third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) to generate transcriptions and is not used to train our internal models without explicit consent.
• Quote Data: Client names, addresses, dimensions, and line items you enter or dictate to generate estimates.
• Business Profile: Company name, logo, contact details, and custom pricing catalogs you upload.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect or receive for the following business purposes:

• To provide our Core Service: Converting your voice dictations into formatted, itemized PDF quotes.
• Account Management: To create and manage your account and keep it in working order.
• Service Improvement: To analyze usage trends and improve the accuracy and user experience of our AI parsing models.
• Communication: To send you administrative information, service updates, and generated quote PDFs via email.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We only share information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including:

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Google Cloud (Firebase) for databases, hosting, and authentication.
• AI Processing: OpenAI for Speech-to-Text (Whisper) and intent parsing (Gemini/GPT models). These providers process the audio/transcript data momentarily but are not permitted to use this contextual data to train their base models.
• Email Delivery: Resend to dispatch PDF quotes to you or your clients.
• Analytics: Umami for privacy-focused, cookie-less website traffic analysis.

5. Data Retention & Security

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures (including industry-standard encryption) designed to protect the security of any personal information we process.
